Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Panoreview (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Panoreview provides anonymous review cycles, Quick Feedback, AI synthesis, and goal tracking tools for teams. The Service is available at app.panoreview.com and through related APIs.

Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Team accounts: The account creator becomes the team admin. Admins can invite members, manage cycles, and configure team settings. Admins cannot view the content of anonymous feedback responses.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
  • Submit feedback that contains threats, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Attempt to identify anonymous feedback respondents through technical means
  • Share account credentials or access another user’s account
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or security
  • Use the Service to collect data for competing products

Plans and Billing

Free plan: Available at no cost with stated limitations (member count, active cycles).

Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated charges.

Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. You must reduce usage (members, active review cycles) to fit the lower plan’s limits before the next billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Data Ownership

Your data: You retain ownership of all feedback, synthesis results, goals, and team information you create in Panoreview. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to us: You grant Panoreview a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service, including sending data to AI providers for synthesis generation.

Export: You can export your data at any time through in-app export features (PDF, CSV where available).

Deletion: Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized feedback may be retained for other team members’ synthesis results.

AI Synthesis

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback synthesis. AI-generated content (themes, strengths, growth areas, suggested actions) is provided as-is. You should review synthesis results and use professional judgment before making decisions based on them.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated synthesis for any particular purpose.

Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Support response times vary by plan:

  • Free: Community support
  • Starter: Email support
  • Growth: Priority support
  • Pro: Dedicated support
  • Enterprise: Per SLA agreement

Limitation of Liability

Panoreview is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panoreview’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for decisions made based on feedback or AI synthesis generated through the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
